Why Tungsten Carbide Holesaws?
In reality Tungsten Carbide is about 20 times harder than steel,
cuts 3-10 times faster, and won’t transfer heat as readily
therefore not distorting the surface you are cutting. All the
while maintaining its superior edge.
Tungsten Carbide (WC) is utilized in
a variety of cutting implements used in machine shops to woodshops
and gambits beyond. It is known for its ability to cleanly cut
for many cycles at a greater feed rate than typical high-speed
steel (HSS). It only made sense to transition this available technology
to holesaws. With our aggressive multiple tooth design you will
accomplish your cutting needs in a fraction of the time. You will
easily perforate stainless steel, plate steel, copper, aluminum
and iron obtaining a clean, exact hole in the process.

HG type: for drilling when depth
capabilities are needed such as doors or applications where
multiple thickness or contoured surfaces are involved.
HF type: same as the HG series
but with a lower profile and built in stop ring for flat panel
drilling. great for electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians.
HW type: specifically designed
for wood (new for 2005)
